Terms of Service

Localpicks builds a personalized website for your business after a phone call with you, hosts it on a subdomain of localpicks.us, and lets you launch it by paying $600 directly on the preview page. Optional managed hosting is available at $50/month with the first month free.

We send you a preview link by text/iMessage/WhatsApp only after you affirmatively agreed during the call to receive it. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply STOP HOSTING to cancel managed hosting only.

Payment is voluntary and only happens after you have personally seen the completed website. Each preview link, page view, scroll depth, and payment confirmation is timestamped and stored. Because you saw the website and clicked Pay before any money changed hands, payments are final and non-refundable. If we made an obvious error in your site content, reply to us and we'll fix it without charge.

You retain all rights to your business name, logo, photos, and other content provided to or about your business. The website code we generate is licensed to you for use on your localpicks.us subdomain. Custom domain transfer is available on request.

Managed hosting is an optional $50/month recurring subscription. The first month is free. We notify you three days before the trial ends. Cancel anytime by replying STOP HOSTING or via the link in any Stripe email; your site stays live regardless. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and statements showLOCALPICKS.

Localpicks provides the service "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
